Winter Solstice Sound Bath & Restorative Yoga
What better time to gift yourself a pause than during the holiday season ~ Cultivate peace through practice. Begins with gentle, floor based yoga followed by crystal bowl sound bath. Be nourished by deep breaths & reflections on the darkest days of the year as we honor the Winter Solstice and create space in mind, body and spirit. Beginners welcome, come as you are.
