Reiki 1, The First Degree Training

Reiki is an empowered system of spiritual, hands on healing that is based upon the principle that healing energy is available to us all.  

Having no contraindications, this simple + comprehensive method of healing promotes relaxation, release + renewal in mind, body + spirit while supporting the dedicated practitioner on the path of mindfulness/meditation, self-love, healing, development of intuition + spiritual awakening.  The foundation of  Reiki 1 is self-healing, however students will also learn how to facilitate session for others-- providing a gentle, yet powerful healing tool for friends and family as well as a companion offering for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and all those offering health/wellness services.
